Posado







The owner of Cielito Lindo bar & motel, Esteban Valdez, threw a "Posado" traditional Mexican Xmas dinner for the residents of the rancho. We had wine, chicken mole, chile rellenos, tostadas, sopes, rice and beans. It was fun and a lot of the residents were able to meet Esteban (Steven) for the first time.
