Things started out well today. The ladies were off to the swap meet and the men went to the bar. Then things changed, tourists needed a pull from where they were stuck. We gave up our bar seats and went to the stuck vehicle. See picture 1. We saw their truck nosedived into the Bay. No way we said!! Call a wrecker. After several more beers, ChooChoo Mike was able to pull them out. Mike then got stuck. The tourists tried to pull Mike out and got stuck again. See picture 2. Time to think about the wrecker again but then Randy drove by and was recruited to the rescue. Randy to the rescue. See picture 3. Randy was able to winch out the tourists but burned out his winch trying to get Mike out. Randy proceeded to get lightly stuck. See picture 4. Back to the bar and call the wrecker. The wrecker people were not too happy to come out as they had previously gotten 3 wreckers and a tractor stuck in the same area several years ago, but sent out a light wrecker. To end the story, everyone got out and we all made the last of happy hour, which is all that matters anyway.
